National Event Booths
The purpose of exhibiting at national conferences and events is to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and introduce more families and faith leaders to the ministry of AHG. Everything on this page is built to support that at the booth.

10×10
The standard single-space booth. Fits most conference floor plans and works well for events where AHG is one of many exhibitors. Easier to ship, set up, and staff with a smaller team.
10×20
A double-wide footprint for larger, higher-traffic events—more room for signage, a conversation area, and multiple staff engaging visitors at once. Reserve for events where AHG has a bigger presence or a sponsorship level that calls for it.

Running a successful booth
A few things worth knowing beyond the physical setup.
Staffing the table
The shift schedule is planned to ensure the booth is never empty. Everyone staffing the booth (meaning volunteers, girls, and staff) is expected to review the booth training materials and represent AHG well. This includes proper, pre-approved attire (AHG branded merchandise, use of large scale AHG lapel pins, uniforms, etc.)
Capturing leads
The QR code in your box links to a HubSpot landing page. This is, effectively, the only way to document who you talked to and allows AHG to follow up with targeted and helpful messaging after the event (and beyond!)
More isn't more
When setting the table, ensuring there are just enough materials to keep the display looking full, but not so many that it looks cluttered or haphazard is key.
Shipping & setup timeline
While shipping materials ahead of time is often the way AHG gets most materials to the destination, some booth materials require additional luggage fees. Be sure to plan and pack accordingly.
