Presentations

Pre-branded presentation templates, ready to fill in with your own content—pick the option that fits how complex your deck needs to be.

Choose your template

Always remember to download a copy, please do not work in the online SharePoint file.

Simple PowerPoint

A simple, clean deck with just the essential slide layouts (title, section headers, content, and closing). Best for short internal updates.

Download .PPTX from SharePoint

Robust PowerPoint

A fuller layout library (data/chart slides, photo grids, quote slides, timelines, and more). Best for board meetings and anything more complex.

Download .PPTX from SharePoint

Canva Template

Prefer designing in Canva? Use the branded template directly—easiest option if you're not working in PowerPoint. NOTE: Does not include all graphs and charts due to Canva limitations.

Open in Canva

Fonts need to be downloaded

These templates use Gotham and Bebas Neue. If it's not already installed on your computer, the slides will fall back to a substitute font and text will not line up as designed.

Photos can be changed

The placeholder photos in these templates are swappable—replace them with approved imagery that fits your specific presentation.

Tips for a stronger deck

A good template still needs good content decisions. A few things to keep in mind:

Don't put it all on the slide

The slide supports what you're saying, it isn't a script. If people are reading, they're not listening.

Show, don't tell

Use a graph or chart to summarize data whenever possible, instead of listing numbers as text.

Opt for bullets when feasible

Short bullet points scan faster than paragraphs, break dense text up wherever you can.

One idea per slide

If a slide is doing two jobs, it's probably two slides. Easier to follow, easier to reuse later.

Leave white space

A slide doesn't need to be filled edge to edge. Breathing room makes what's there easier to read.
